To qualify, homeowners must reside in Warren, Hunterdon, Morris or Sussex County, NJ. Nominate yourself or someone you know at the below link through 5/31. You can also see the prior winners' stories at the link. Once the nomination period ends, 4 finalists will be chosen, then a month long public vote will be held to determine the winner.
